Award winning, contemporary artist,

Michele Renee Sherlock, (b. 1964, Ohio, USA) has lived in three of the largest cities in the U.S., New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Her artistic influences began in her 20's when she moved to New York City and developed a love of art museums, art galleries and international travel. Sherlock's travels have taken her to Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and almost every state in the U.S.  During these travels, Sherlock would plan visits to the local art museums and significant architectural sites.

Sherlock has studied abstract composition, collage, and intuitive painting theory in the U.S.  Michele studied color theory in Sauveterre-de-Bearn, France in October 2023.

Michele has work in private collections throughout the U.S.

Currently, Michele enjoys working in her studio at the Zhou B Art Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
